Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed rentals by recommending vehicles and packages.
• Prepare quotes and explain terms, insurance, deposits, and payments.
• Process reservations, agreements, extensions, and amendments accurately.
• Upsell insurance, accessories, and upgrades.
• Coordinate with Operations for timely deliveries and collections.
• Maintain CRM records and update rental management system.
• Follow up on bookings, extensions, renewals, and outstanding payments.
• Resolve concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Build long-term relationships with corporate and retail customers.
• Achieve individual sales targets and support campaigns.

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Rental Sales Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, converting leads into rentals, managing reservations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and online booking platforms.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed rentals by recommending suitable vehicles and rental packages.
• Prepare rental quotations and explain rental terms, insurance coverage, deposits, and payment procedures.
• Process vehicle reservations, rental agreements, extensions, and amendments accurately.
• Upsell additional products and services such as insurance, accessories, and vehicle upgrades.
• Coordinate with the Operations and Dispatch teams to ensure timely vehicle deliveries and collections.
• Verify customer documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM/rental management system.
• Follow up with customers regarding booking confirmations, extensions, renewals, and outstanding payments.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalat[e] issues when required.
• Build long-term relationships with corporate and retail customers to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve individual sales, utilization, and revenue targets.
• Support promotional campaigns and business development initiatives.

Requirement

• sBachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• .Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE car rental industry or automotive sales

• .Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
