Job Summary
The Car Rental Sales Executive is responsible for generating revenue through the sale of rental services, maintaining strong customer relationships, and promoting the company’s fleet of vehicles. The role requires excellent sales skills, knowledge of the UAE car rental market, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and convert them into rental contracts through proactive sales efforts.
- Promote and explain rental packages, services, and special offers to clients.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve complaints professionally.
- Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and individual customers.
- Prepare and process rental agreements, contracts, and invoices accurately.
- Track and report sales performance, revenue, and customer feedback to management.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure vehicle availability and smooth rental process.
- Follow up on leads, renewals, and repeat customers to achieve sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum High School Diploma; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality is preferred.
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in car rental, automotive, or travel industry.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of Dubai roads and locations is an advantage.
