Job summary

Otis L.L.C in Dubai seeks a Renovation Estimation Engineer to join our on-site team. You will prepare material and cost estimates, review contracts, and support sales administration to deliver competitive proposals.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and at least five years of relevant experience. You will coordinate with factories, design engineers, and sales teams, and manage material orders and records in E-Logistic.

## Renovation Estimation EngineerApply: On-Site: Otis L.L.C, 37th floor, The One Tower, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates: Full time: Posted Today: 20169181**Date Posted:**2026-09-16**Country:**United Arab Emirates**Location:**Otis L.L.C, 37th floor, The One Tower, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates**Job Description****Key Responsibilities*** Works closely with Renovation Sales Engineers and provides full support in areas of estimation and sales administration.* Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.* Reviews contracts signed by customers and books those contracts on internal systems as per policy.* Inspects installation drawings based on customer supplied drawings, standard drawings.* Estimates the type and number of materials necessary to deliver the contract against the tender specifications.* Reviews the project specification and identifies the source of supply from Otis factories.* Co-ordinates with different teams within Otis (factories, sales teams, design engineers etc.) to gather relevant cost information from for technical and commercial requirements of a sales pitch.* Prepares the estimation price lists which contains material cost, manpower hour costs, material duties, fees, tools, transportation etc. and all other requirements as per the project conditions and Otis procedure.* Calculates the margin, safe buffer to build a lucrative sales proposition.* Orders the release of material as per approved drawings.* Maintains the salesman records and contracting activities through E-Logistic tool.* Records and archives all contract terms and condition as per defined process.* Reviews key reports monthly to identify trends or metrics requiring further analysis and review.* Prepare of technical and commercial submittals* Prepare compliance statement* Attend meeting with customers – if needed **Minimum Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar field.* At least 5 years of relevant work experienceIf you live in a city, chances are we will give you a lift or play a role in keeping you moving every day.Otis is the world’s leading elevator and escalator manufacturing, installation, and service company.
