Job summary

Caliberly seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for a modern cross-border payments platform. You will ensure reliability, security, and scalability across production environments.

You will collaborate with fintech engineers, implement IaC, and improve observability while supporting Java and Node/React applications in production. Remote-ready candidates with UAE/Dubai flexibility are welcome.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE or infrastructure roles.
• Strong cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Hands-on with containers and orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• IaC skills (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Networking, security groups, VPNs, and zero-trust concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate cloud infrastructure.
• Own CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Maintain security, access control and secrets management.
• Monitor, log, and respond to incidents with post-mortems.
• Collaborate with developers to ship secure, reliable services.
