Lever, Inc. in United Arab Emirates is seeking a SAP Project Manager (Tax Reform) for a remote, part-time engagement to lead a strategic SAP tax reform project within a global pharmaceutical environment.

You will own project planning, execution, risks, dependencies, milestones, and delivery coordination while connecting stakeholders, technical teams, and participants across regions. Advanced English is required for daily global collaboration.

Qualifications

8+ years of professional experience in project management.
Proven experience managing SAP projects from planning through delivery.
Strong knowledge of project planning, timelines, risks, and milestones.
Experience coordinating global, cross-functional teams in large orgs.
Advanced English; able to lead meetings with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate SAP project activities to align with scope and timelines.
Own and maintain project plans, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
Coordinate global teams and ensure clear alignment of responsibilities.
Interface between business stakeholders, technical teams, and project participants.
Monitor progress, identify risks and blockers, and define mitigations.
Lead meetings and provide timely status updates to stakeholders.
Support SAP tax reform-related business and system changes.
Maintain project governance and track key decisions and actions.
