Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology is seeking a Member of Technical Staff, Coding Research for a full-time remote role. You will lead advanced R&D on programming languages, compilers, and runtime systems to enable scalable and high-performance computing platforms.

You will design novel algorithms for code analysis and optimization, prototype proofs-of-concept, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to move research into production-grade systems.

Qualifications

• Strong background in computer science with a focus on programming languages, compilers, or runtime systems.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as C++, Rust, Java, or Python.
• Experience with static and dynamic program analysis techniques.
• Knowledge of compiler design, including parsing, semantic analysis, and code generation.
• Familiarity with performance optimization, benchmarking, and profiling tools.
