Job summary

Binance in Dubai seeks an Internal Audit professional to design and implement audit strategies ensuring compliance with ADGM and global standards. You will oversee end-to-end audits, deliver recommendations, and support annual risk-based plans within a fast-paced fintech environment.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in law, business or accounting, strong IA knowledge, and experience with financial institutions or regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law, business administration or accounting or related analytical field.
• Strong understanding of internal audit international standards and risk management.
• Experience with financial institutions or regulated entities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement audit strategies to evaluate controls for regulatory compliance incl. ADGM.
• Propose recommendations to improve compliance while considering business needs.
• Deliver risk‑based audits end-to-end per IA methodology and perform QA reviews.
