Qualifications

• 5+ years in a QA, editorial, or production role reviewing business documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for accuracy, formatting, and consistency before external delivery
• Sharp eye for formula errors, broken links, mismatched figures, and formatting drift across Word, Excel, and Power Point (or Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides) deliverables
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Quality-check and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slides before client delivery
• Audit documents for formatting consistency and accuracy across core workflows
