Ethos seeks experienced credit analysts to help train a language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks, delivering precise, high-quality outputs on flexible, remote engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in equity research, credit analysis, or valuation advisory with direct ownership of DCF, trading comps, and LBO models
• Deep fluency in credit risk assessment, covenant analysis, and investment committee memo writing for institutional stakeholders
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows
• Work with discounted cash flow valuation models, trading comps analyses, credit risk memos, and LBO models
• Prepare covenant compliance summaries and investment committee memos for institutional stakeholders
