Responsibilities

• Contact company-provided qualified leads and initiate sales conversations.
• Lead discovery calls, presentations, and pricing discussions.
• Convert qualified prospects into signed property management clients.
• Confidently ask for the business and close opportunities.
• Handle objections and negotiate terms professionally.
• Coordinate contract execution after closing.
