The role emphasizes variance analysis, monthly reporting to management, and supporting month-end close. You will collaborate with project managers to optimize cost control and maintain compliance with accounting standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of project accounting or similar finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of project management accounting principles.
• Proficient in accounting software and Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in real estate or property management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project budgets, forecasts, actuals, and variances.
• Monitor expenditures to ensure compliance with budgets.
• Review and approve invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Prepare monthly financial reports on project performance.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with project managers on cost control and planning.
