Job summary

Mind Base Education is seeking a Secondary Math Teacher (Grades 6–12) for an online, part-time role. You will deliver live synchronous lessons, use an established online curriculum, and monitor student progress using LMS data. This flexible position aims to grow into a full-time opportunity as needed.

You’ll engage students with real-world problems and interactive tools, collaborating with families and staff to support diverse learners and maintain an energetic, student-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Mathematics, or related field.
• Experience teaching math at the middle or high school level.
• Comfort with LMS platforms for instruction and grading.
• Strong English communication with international students and families.
• Ability to manage a part-time online teaching workload.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live online math lessons to grades 6–12.
• Use Desmos, Kahoot, GeoGebra to engage students and promote inquiry.
• Monitor progress via LMS data and provide timely feedback.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and families for student success.
• Grade assignments and track attendance with consistency.
