Job summary

Plan A Technologies is seeking an Executive in Residence (EiR) for our Financial Services practice. This is a six-month residency designed for an experienced SVP, EVP, Managing Director, or C-suite leader who has spent their career at the intersection of finance and technology.

This role is roughly a 10-20 hour per week commitment. There are two components to the role: high-stakes technology advisory to current and prospective clients, and setting up introductions to banks, hedge funds, wealth

Qualifications

• Industry tenure: At least 15 years in financial services.
• Leadership pedigree: held very senior roles in major financial institutions.
• Deep network: broad connections across banks, FinTechs, insurers, PE firms, etc.
• Technical fluency: understanding of software dev lifecycles, AI transformations, FinTech tech stacks.
• Communication mastery: strong written and verbal skills for thought leadership and high-level discussions.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Advisory: advise clients on technology challenges from legacy modernization to AI and regulatory compliance.
• Sales & Business Development: leverage network to create strategic partnerships and alliances for Plan A.
• Strategic Growth: inform Plan A leadership on market trends to shape service offerings.
