Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology is seeking a Data Analyst / BI Analyst to turn data into actionable insights. You will build dashboards, automate reports, and collaborate with finance, operations, technology, and commercial teams. This is a part-time, fully remote role with flexible hours and international collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience, strong SQL and BI skills, and a proactive, data-driven mindset for improving business performance across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 3+ years of professional work experience.
• Strong understanding of data analysis, BI, reporting, KPI development and performance management.
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker Studio).
• Experience with ERP/CRM, data warehouses, ETL, and reporting automation.

Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple systems and sources.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and BI reports for different audiences.
• Translate business requirements into analytical models and KPIs.
• Identify trends and opportunities through data analysis and monitoring.
• Develop and automate recurring reports to improve efficiency.
• Ensure data accuracy and quality through validation and cleansing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to propose data-driven solutions.
• Prepare executive presentations and analytical reports for senior management.
• Support forecasting, planning, and strategic initiatives with quantitative analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting capabilities and data governance.
