Qualifications

• 3+ years of Odoo development and customization experience.
• Proficiency with Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and JavaScript in Odoo contexts.
• Hands-on experience with CRM, Sales, Accounting, Purchase, Inventory, HR modules.
• Strong understanding of Odoo architecture and best practices.
• Experience with API integrations and third-party systems.
• Ability to work independently and meet project timelines.
• Insurance domain experience is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Odoo modules according to business requirements.
• Build and enhance workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
• Develop custom features using Python and the Odoo framework.
