Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Service Delivery, or Network Operations.
- Proven leadership in service ownership or delivery management.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Network Service delivery across SD-LAN environments.
- Ensure service availability, stability, resilience, and customer satisfaction.
- Govern governance frameworks, policies, and operational controls.
- Manage service transitions, readiness, and continual improvement.
- Govern managed service providers and suppliers against contracts and KPIs.
- Lead annual service budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
