The successful candidate will ensure safety at beach and pool areas, supervise guests during aquatic activities, and respond to emergencies. Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of related work experience.
• Certified Red Cross Lifeguard Training Certificate or equivalent.
• Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer certification or equivalent.
• Knowledge of methods for providing on-site emergency medical services.

Responsibilities

• Set up and ensure availability of safety equipment at beach/pool.
• Supervise swimmers/snorkelers and enforce safety regulations.
• Respond to emergencies in hotel swimming areas.
• Maintain safety of designated swimming areas.
• Log and monitor water sports activities.

Skills

Knowledge of evaluating water conditions

Swimming proficiency
