Tanqeeb is hiring a JavaScript/TypeScript Developer to build features across our web stack, collaborating with the wider engineering team on real production systems.

The role focuses on modern JS/TS, with Node.js backend and React/Vue frontend, and offers fully remote work with flexible hours and a competitive salary. You will contribute to API design, testing, and code quality across services.

Qualifications

• 2+ years building production JavaScript/TypeScript applications.
• Familiarity with REST and modern build tooling.
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Vitest, Playwright).
• Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Comfortable with Git, CI/CD, and code review workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain features across Node.js backend and React/Vue frontend.
• Write clean, well-tested JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Design and consume APIs across services.
• Diagnose and fix bugs across the stack.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to engineering standards.
• Partner with product and design on scoping and trade-offs.
