You will build and review Excel-based models, prepare pitchbooks, and ensure accuracy across financial materials, providing clear explanations of complex concepts for client-facing outputs.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis.

• Strong ability to conduct company and industry research and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct company and industry research to support financial analysis and AI training.
• Perform target screening, comparable company analysis, and transaction analysis.
• Build, review, and troubleshoot Excel-based financial and valuation models.
• Prepare and review pitchbooks and client presentation materials.
• Analyze financial materials for numerical errors, valuation issues, and logical inconsistencies.
• Explain accounting treatments, valuation adjustments, assumptions, and transaction sensitivities.
• Provide clear written and verbal explanations of complex financial concepts.
