Qualifications

• Interpret and critique technical documents, plans, drawings and schematics related to your trade specialty.
• Explain technical judgments clearly, solve trade-related problems, and provide guidance to peers or junior practitioners.
• Work independently, manage deliverables remotely, and use digital collaboration and document-sharing tools.

Responsibilities

• Review mechanical installation drawings, millwright documents, field diagrams, inspection sketches, and specialty trade plans.
• Assess pest control layouts, textile production schematics, and stage lighting plots against relevant standards and best practices.
• Answer questions based on project documents with step-by-step reasoning and clear technical explanations.
• Write structured assessments that technical and non-technical readers can understand.
• Complete document reviews within assignment timelines while working independently and remotely.
• Provide practical insights that improve the accuracy and usefulness of modeled trade processes.
