Qualificações

• Previous experience in static ad design for Meta campaigns, e-commerce brands, or agencies.
• Strong grounding in direct-response design to drive engagement and sales.
• Portfolio demonstrating standout creative potential is encouraged.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Figma, InDesign or equivalent tools.
• Solid visual design skills: layouts, typography, composition, storytelling.
• Ability to craft attention-grabbing concepts and unconventional approaches for crowded feeds.
• Good understanding of consumer behavior and marketing psychology.
• Creative mindset with curiosity and willingness to experiment with styles and formats.
• Strong organizational, independent, and deadline-driven work ethic.
• Excellent communication and collaborative spirit for a team.

Responsabilidades

• Design eye-catching, conversion-focused static ads for Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
• Research audiences and translate insights into visual concepts and hooks.
• Create formats including product ads, UGC-style statics, before/after visuals, collages, carousels.
• Collaborate with copywriters and strategists to translate briefs into visuals.
• Produce variations by testing layouts, hooks, and messaging placements.
