Job summary
Müller's Solutions, a forward-thinking technology consulting firm in Dubai, seeks a Helix Process & ITSM Analyst / Workflow Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will analyze, design, and implement workflows within the Helix ITSM platform, translating business needs into technical solutions and improving service delivery and efficiency across client projects.
Ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of ITSM experience, with ITIL certification a plus, and strong communication across
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3-5 years of IT service management experience with Helix or similar ITSM platforms.
- Strong workflow design, process mapping and optimization skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proactive problem-solving and collaborative work style.
- ITIL certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Analyze current processes and workflows within Helix ITSM to identify improvements.
- Design and implement efficient workflows to streamline IT service management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align solutions with needs.
- Conduct training sessions and develop documentation for users.
- Monitor performance of implemented workflows and make adjustments as needed.
- Stay updated on ITSM trends and best practices.
