You will manage market research, financial modeling, due diligence, and cross-border project execution, developing partnerships and negotiating terms with global clients and investors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business or related field.
• Proven experience in overseas/international investment or business development.
• Strong knowledge of gas/industrial sectors and cross-border transactions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue overseas gas-related investment opportunities and partnerships.
• Conduct international market research, due diligence, and financial modeling.
• Lead negotiations and structure terms for cross-border investments.
• Coordinate with legal, finance and external advisers to move projects toward closing.
• Prepare investment proposals, reports, and risk analyses for management.
