Qualifications

• 5+ years as a compliance professional in a regulated financial services environment.
• Experience with Compliance Risk and EWRA implementation.
• Proficiency with AI-driven tools and prompt engineering to support regulatory initiatives.
• Strong programming basics (SQL/Python) and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and implementation of the global Compliance Risk Management Program.
• Lead risk assessments across Financial Crime segments (e.g., Anti-Bribery, Sanctions, Transaction Monitoring).
• Collaborate with Product and Compliance teams to document and maintain control inventories.
• Develop management information and MI/metrics for senior leadership on AFC EWRA insights.
