Job summary

Binance is seeking a seasoned Compliance Risk professional to help develop and implement the global Compliance Risk Management Program in a fast-paced, global setting. You will lead EWRA-related activities, perform risk assessments across Financial Crime segments, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks.

The role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, team-oriented mindset to support risk mitigation

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in regulated financial services compliance.
• 2+ years in Compliance Risk and EWRA implementation.
• Experience with prompt engineering or AI-driven automation.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Degree in business, data science, finance, or economics.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing the global Compliance Risk Management Program.
• Assist with the AFC EWRA process annually.
• Lead risk assessments across Financial Crime segments (Sanctions, AML/FC, etc.).
• Collaborate with Product and Compliance teams to document control inventories.
• Produce MI/metrics for senior management and monitor KRIs.
