YO AI Labs is seeking a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert to support a customer project focused on accounting operations, financial reporting, and ERP systems. You will evaluate AI-generated outputs and train data, applying your accounting judgment in a remote, flexible role.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on financial accounting and reporting experience.
Experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks or similar systems.
Proficient in Excel and financial statement review.
Experience in AI training, data annotation or rubric-based grading is required.

Responsibilities

Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy and treatment.
Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, and month-end workpapers.
Identify errors and provide corrections with rationale.
Assess workflows across NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Dynamics 365.
Apply rubrics to evaluate and rank AI responses.
Create realistic accounting scenarios and reference answers for training.
Provide actionable feedback to improve model accuracy.
Support transaction recording through month-end close and reporting.
