Job summary

Hired is seeking a Finance Business Analyst (Remote) to join a global AI-enhancement initiative. The role blends finance knowledge with evaluating AI model outputs across corporate finance, investment banking, FP&A, accounting, and more.

You will collaborate with researchers, develop benchmarks for financial model performance in investment scenarios, and provide detailed feedback to improve model accuracy. Strong English and CFA/CPA/MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in listed finance domains.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, investment analysis, asset management, and risk management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• CFA levels completed; CA/CPA/MBA in Finance preferred.
• Relevant certifications or on-the-job training considered equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI model outputs for finance tasks and identify gaps.
• Develop rubrics and assessments for deal analysis and M&A.
• Collaborate with AI researchers to design training strategies.
• Create benchmarks for financial model performance in investment scenarios.
