• Excel Specialist (Operational Data Modeling & AI Training Division): Serve as the primary spreadsheet authority to evaluate, restructure, and validate highly complex operational workbooks.
• Primary Pipeline Tasks:
  • Review and analyze intricate Excel workbooks used for macro business operations, corporate finance, and strategic planning.
  • Design and implement advanced data validation rules to eliminate record anomalies.
  • Audit existing data models for functional efficiency.
  • Document best‑practice examples of high‑performance spreadsheets for training artificial intelligence systems.

2. Macro Automation, Pivot Design & Real‑World Simulation Modeling

• Template Engineering, Analytical Reporting & Process Optimization Tasks: Build highly scalable, automated business templates to resolve complex corporate operational challenges.
• Core Operational Tasks:
  • Engineer sophisticated Excel templates, interactive dashboards, and multi‑tier pivot tables.
  • Write and debug VBA macros or script‑based Excel automation loops.
  • Simulate real‑world business bottlenecks and performance constraints within test sheets.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional technical teams to convert complex operational workflows into clean, structured spreadsheet designs.

Core Position Requirements & Specifications

• Technical Mastery: Expert‑level command of advanced Microsoft Excel functions (including XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, dynamic arrays, Power Query, advanced pivot tables, conditional logic, and data validation structures). Proficiency in writing VBA macros or Excel automation is required.
• Functional Experience: Verifiable professional background in data analysis, financial modeling, business operations engineering, or spreadsheet development. Experience in analyzing data structures and identifying workflow gaps is essential.
• Analytical Skills: High‑level capability to evaluate real‑world business scenarios, translate them into logic‑based spreadsheet models, and write clear technical documentation outlining best practices.
• Remote Infrastructure: Ability to manage contract assignments independently, communicate effectively across global teams, and operate a secure personal workstation with high‑speed internet in the EMEA region.
