Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Cyber Security Domain Architect in the United Arab Emirates to shape enterprise security strategies across cloud, infrastructure, identity, and data environments. You will define current-state and target-state architectures while establishing standards, controls, reference architectures, and multi-year roadmaps, with strong focus on Azure and VMware Cloud Foundation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as a Security Architect or similar cybersecurity architecture role.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Cybersecurity or related discipline.
• Strong expertise in enterprise security architecture and solution design.
• Proven experience designing Azure Security Architecture and cloud governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and maintain enterprise security architectures across cloud, infrastructure, identity, networking, and data environments.
• Develop current-state and target-state security architectures aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Define and maintain security standards, controls, reference architectures, and multi-year roadmaps.
• Provide technical leadership across Azure and VMware Cloud Foundation environments, including cloud security and identity protection.
• Design and strengthen security capabilities: Entra ID/IAM, Zero Trust, network segmentation, encryption.
• Guide implementation of Microsoft security technologies (Defender for Cloud/Endpoint/Identity).
• Facilitate security roadmap workshops with stakeholders and secure approvals.
• Support the execution of roadmaps and track risk, compliance, and outcomes.
• Conduct security architecture reviews, gap analyses, and ADR/ARB documentation.
• Evaluate emerging cybersecurity technologies and mitigation strategies.
• Advise executives on risks, priorities, and architectural trade-offs.
