Talent Bridge HR Consultancy Dubai is seeking a Marketing Executive | Email Campaign Specialist for a remote role based in Dubai. You will plan, write, and execute high-performing email campaigns using CRM tools, maintaining contact lists and building simple automations.

Ideal candidates have proven or coursework in email marketing, strong copywriting, and excellent English. You will work independently in a remote setup and contribute to social content and performance analytics.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience or coursework in email marketing.
• Strong copywriting and ability to produce high-converting email content.
• Solid understanding of email structures, subject lines, CTAs, and user intent.
• Excellent written English with strong spelling and formatting.
• Comfort using CRM, email marketing, and SaaS platforms (GoHighLevel, Zoho, Mailchimp).
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup and meet deadlines.
• Exposure to automation, segmentation, and performance tracking.
• Previous internships or projects in digital marketing or content marketing.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns: newsletters, announcements, onboarding flows
• Write persuasive, structured, and high-performing email copy with clear CTAs
• Review and improve email content based on performance data and best practices
• Manage and maintain contact lists, segments, tags, and pipelines in a CRM system
• Build and maintain simple automations (drip sequences, autoresponders, lead nurturing flows)
• Keep CRM data accurate and follow campaign documentation and QA workflows
• Draft content for social media posts aligned with brand tone and digital campaigns
• Support other marketing tasks as needed across email, CRM, and digital channels
• Learn and apply logic-driven marketing workflows and basic campaign analytics
