Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. is seeking a professional Electrical Engineer who will plan and conduct design work requiring judgment in selecting techniques and criteria, with independence yet guidance on complex problems.

You will coordinate with inter-department staff and managers and mentor junior engineers and CAD/BIM drafters. The role offers a remote-friendly environment with on-site collaboration in California, and a compensation package including a base salary in the $115,500–$183,000 range

Qualifications

• Electrical Engineering or similar Bachelor of Science degree required.
• Professional Engineer's License - State of California required.
• Three (3) years of experience required working for an electrical design firm or design build electrical contractor.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct work requiring judgment in evaluating and adapting standard techniques.
• Coordinate with Cupertino Electric’s inter-department staff and managers, and serve as a resource for team members.
• Work with project management and field installation teams to streamline the construction process.
