PULSE is seeking a reliable Data Entry Administrator for a fully remote role. This entry-level position focuses on accurate data entry, database maintenance, and digital records management to ensure information remains secure and accessible to authorized team members.

The successful candidate will work with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and organizational tools, with comprehensive onboarding and ongoing guidance provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy essential.

• Familiarity with spreadsheets, email, and digital documents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain information in company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
