Job summary

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Security Architect within Group Risk Management. You will design and maintain secure architectures across the bank’s digital platforms, cloud environments and APIs, embedding security-by-design and supporting regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in cyber security, a relevant degree, and professional certifications. You will lead threat modelling, architecture reviews, SSDLC integration, and collaborate with DevSecOps

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cyber security, information security, technology risk, security architecture or related areas.
• Bachelor’s degree as specified in the qualifications.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CSSLP, OSCP, CEH, CCSK, SABSA or equivalent are desirable.
• Security architecture reviews, threat modelling, vulnerability assessments and governance activities are expected.
• Experience in banking/regulated industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain secure architectures across the Bank’s digital platforms, applications, infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Lead threat modelling exercises, architecture risk assessments and security design reviews.
• Support SSDLC by defining security requirements and secure coding standards.
• Collaborate with DevSecOps to integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines.
• Assess web, mobile, APIs and cloud environments for secure authentication, encryption and data protection.
