Job summary

YO IT Consulting in the United Arab Emirates (remote) seeks a Copywriting & Content SME for an hourly contract role to review AI-generated outputs and craft expert copy across multiple formats, including long-form content, landing pages, and emails.

You will assess accuracy, brand fit, tone, and structure, provide precise feedback with rationale, and deliver gold-standard rewrites. This is a remote, contractor position with flexible hours and exposure to cutting-edge AI data training projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional copywriting, content writing, editorial, content marketing, or brand storytelling.
• Strong command of brand voice, tone adaptation, and audience-aware writing (B2B and/or B2C).
• Ability to evaluate and improve writing for clarity, structure, persuasion, and consistency, including headlines, CTAs, and narrative flow.
• Demonstrated ability to spot and correct factual errors, weak reasoning, overclaims, and potential compliance issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI Training Content: Create detailed prompts and gold-standard copy/content across formats.
• Optimize AI Performance: Evaluate and rank AI responses to improve clarity, persuasion, tone match, and factual reliability.
• Ensure Model Integrity: Test AI outputs for inaccuracies, hallucinated claims, bias, unsafe advice, and brand-risk issues.
