• Bachelor’s degree is a mandatory requirement.
• A minimum of 4 years’ banking experience for Account operations or services.

Responsibilities

• Respond to commercial client queries and complete financial/trade related transactions, as applicable.
• Manage the end-to-end process of new to Bank and existing commercial client account openings.
• Provide support to coverage teams ensuring a well-managed client experience.
• Resolve issues related to alternative channels offered to commercial clients.
• Create internal memos and customer letters to track departmental documentation.
• Support RMs in preparation and disbursement of certain loan products.
