Job summary

Simone's Tutoring in Dubai seeks an Environmental Management Tutor for O Level and IGCSE study support. You will deliver personalised lessons on environmental systems, sustainability, and climate topics aligned to Cambridge syllabuses, helping students with data interpretation, case studies, and exam technique.

Sessions occur online or at students’ homes/schools. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, MOHRE Tutor Permit or eligibility, and 2+ years of teaching experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• MOHRE Tutor Permit or eligibility to obtain.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience teaching Environmental Management or related subjects.
• Strong knowledge of Cambridge O Level or IGCSE Environmental Management requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess students’ knowledge, gaps, and exam goals.
• Deliver personalised O Level and IGCSE Environmental Management lessons.
• Teach ecosystems, biodiversity, resources, agriculture, water, energy, pollution, climate, population, sustainable development.
• Help students interpret data, interpret maps, graphs, and case studies; support written responses.
• Prepare students for multiple-choice, structured, and extended-response questions.
• Use past papers and syllabi to guide prep; support coursework where applicable.
• Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
