Job summary

Akamai seeks a Business Operations Intern to help enhance the sales tech stack and apply analytics to the future of AI in sales. You will work in a fast-paced, global team to maintain data integrity in Salesforce CRM and Partner Portal, develop dashboards, and explore API opportunities.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program with a graduation date of December 2026 or later.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to connect data to business outcomes.
• Ability to collaborate with Sales Ops, IT and Product across a global org.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Salesforce CRM and Partner Portal integrity by identifying inconsistencies and implementing scalable clean-up frameworks.
• Research and ideate Agentic AI use cases (Agentforce) to reduce administrative workload for sales reps.
• Create Salesforce dashboards and Tableau visualizations to provide leadership with actionable insights.
• Design repeatable processes and evaluate API integration opportunities to streamline deal registration and pipeline visibility.
• Facilitate feedback collection on Salesforce Dynamic Forms to simplify the internal user experience for global sellers.
• Author and maintain high-quality documentation; ensure GTM Playbook is up-to-date for global stakeholders.
