Job summary

Caiz is building the first Islamic ecosystem built on blockchain, creating a Fiqh compliant financial ecosystem that provides ethical financial products and services through the Caizblockchain and Caizapp. Designers and developers collaborate to deploy secure smart contracts and scalable blockchain components.

We seek a developer with 3+ years in Solidity and Rust, strong cryptography knowledge, and experience with ERC-20/721 standards, Web3 tooling, and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in blockchain development with Solidity and Rust.
• Strong understanding of smart contract design, blockchain architecture, and cryptography.
• Experience deploying smart contracts on Ethereum or similar EVM chains.
• Proficiency in Rust for Substrate or Solana environments.
• Familiarity with Web3.js, Ethers.js, Hardhat, and Truffle.
• Understanding of DeFi protocols and token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721).
• Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts using Solidity on EVM-compatible blockchains
• Build and maintain Rust-based blockchain modules on Substrate or Solana-compatible platforms
• Contribute to the design of custom blockchain protocols and token standards
• Write secure, gas-optimized, and thoroughly tested smart contracts
• Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to integrate blockchain components
• Conduct code reviews, audits, and vulnerability assessments
• Analyze and improve performance, security, and scalability of the Caiz blockchain
