Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in architectural CAD and construction documentation.
• Proficient in producing detailed floor plans, elevations, and electrical schematics.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary drawings and work remotely with teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural floor plans based on approved project information.
• Develop internal and external elevation drawings with accurate dimensions and annotations.
• Produce coordinated CAD drawings for architectural and engineering applications.
• Organize views, layers, references, symbols, line weights, and drawing standards consistently.
• Translate technical requirements into clear two‑dimensional and three‑dimensional CAD outputs.
• Create geometric dimensioning and tolerancing callouts for relevant manufacturing documents.
• Verify dimensions, tolerances, notes, and references before issuing drawings for review.
• Develop multi‑sheet electrical schematics using recognized symbols and drafting conventions.
• Maintain continuity of circuits, equipment references, and connection information across sheets.
• Prepare or review PCB layouts for manufacturability, functionality, and component organization.
• Coordinate PCB‑related information with electrical and broader project documentation.
• Identify clashes, omissions, inconsistent dimensions, and unclear technical instructions.
• Raise focused clarification requests when requirements or source information are incomplete.
• Incorporate reviewer comments and maintain control of drawing revisions.
• Compile complete documentation packages aligned with project milestones.
• Check title blocks, sheet numbering, drawing registers, issue status, and revision histories.
• Conduct final quality reviews before submitting deliverables.
• Collaborate remotely with architects, engineers, designers, and technical reviewers.
• Maintain orderly project files and follow agreed naming and document‑control practices.
• Deliver assigned drawing sets within established quality and schedule expectations.
