Hire Feed is seeking an AI Quality Analyst (Personalization) for a fully remote, full-time role. You will evaluate how the AI model uses personal data to deliver relevant responses and test personalization features across multiple data sources.

You will analyse multi-source context from conversations, email, search and video activity, and design prompts to test personalization, providing detailed feedback on grounding, integration and user intent alignment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hindi with reading and writing skills.
• Experience evaluating AI-generated content in personalization contexts.
• Ability to design creative prompts for testing AI models.
• Strong attention to detail for nuanced outputs.
• Familiarity with data privacy considerations when handling user data.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine multi-turn prompts to test personalization capabilities.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for grounding, integration and helpfulness.
