Job summary

Datafusion Systems is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to design, optimize, and deploy advanced ML models across NLP, vision, and speech domains for telecom and government clients.

You will build end-to-end pipelines, implement state-of-the-art transformers and diffusion techniques, and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver scalable production solutions. Strong Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and HuggingFace expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in machine learning engineering with deep learning focus.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and HuggingFace.
• Experience with Large Language Models including GPT, BERT, T5, LLaMA, and similar transformer architectures.
• Hands-on diffusion model experience (Stable Diffusion, DDPM, DDIM).
• Experience with ASR systems and speech processing pipelines (Whisper, Wav2Vec2).
• Knowledge of tokenization, embeddings, attention mechanisms, and sequence modeling.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and fine-tune Large Language Models for NLP tasks.
• Develop and optimize diffusion models for synthetic data and multimodal content.
• Build end-to-end ML pipelines for text, speech, and multimodal data analysis.
• Implement transformer architectures and attention mechanisms for sequence tasks.
• Research and integrate few-shot, transfer, and multi-task learning techniques.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy ML models in production.
• Develop training strategies, loss functions, and evaluation frameworks.
• Optimize model performance, inference speed, and resource usage.
• Create technical documentation and best-practice guidelines.
• Mentor junior team members and advance ML practices.
