- Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certifications (2016, D365) are highly desirable
- Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM across various industries
- Minimum 12+ years of hands-on CRM configuration experience, including workflows, dashboards, forms, views, and reports
- Experience with at least 5-6 large-scale D365 CE implementations, including modules like Sales, Marketing, Customer Service & Field Service
- Experience in presales activities
- Experience conducting interviews and hiring talent
- Mentoring juniors
- Experience designing applications using Power Platform (Power Apps, Automate, Virtual Agents, Power BI)
- Understanding of Dynamics 365 Common Data Model and custom data models
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Accelerators, industry templates, and add-ons
- Ability to guide clients through Digital Transformation journeys and develop roadmaps
- Proven track record in maintaining or implementing solutions across large client companies
- Ability to understand client needs and develop suitable solutions
- Experience in consultancy roles in software delivery
- Experience with waterfall, agile, and DevOps methodologies
- Adept at Business Requirement Analysis
- Ability to see the bigger picture and suggest outside-the-box solutions
- Experience in project documentation, especially for offshore teams

Responsibilities
- Organize and manage workshops, meetings, and requirement sessions with clients and stakeholders
- Gather requirements, set expectations, and finalize deliverables with onsite and client teams
- Collaborate effectively with team members and Solution Architect to ensure CRM solutions meet client needs
- Lead solution design on work streams, make design decisions, and create documentation
- Demonstrate strong consulting skills, including analysis, communication, and teamwork
- Deliver high-quality business and software solutions following Microsoft Dynamics standards
- Create sustainable client solutions and comprehensive project documentation
- Ensure all work is delivered on time and within budget according to project methodology
- Build demos and proof of concept solutions for client presentations
- Develop Dynamics 365 solutions and industry templates
- Exceed customer expectations in knowledge, skills, and behavior
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Provide regular progress updates
- Support practice development activities, including industry-specific solutions
- Support people management, development, performance assessment, and career progression
- Complete internal processes and mandatory training on time
