Job summary

KBR seeks a Quality & Reliability Manager to establish reliability strategy across APS projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements. You will own the QMS, drive audits, and lead continuous improvement while partnering with Operations, HSE, Engineering, and PMT teams.

The role also supports business development in the MENA region by shaping maintenance programs, remote monitoring, and reliability offerings for long-term revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering required.
• Fifteen+ years in energy industry O&M, with ten+ years in O&M.
• Five+ years in O&M solutions with digital accelerators where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead Reliability Strategy for APS projects and align with client requirements.
• Develop and monitor KPI metrics, defect density, and failure mode controls.
• Lead audits, quality walks, RCA workshops, and quality reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce rework and waste.
• Collaborate with Operations, HSE, Engineering, and PMT to embed quality.
