As a Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying, leading, and executing activities that are aimed at reducing the costs of failure caused by non-productive time, repair costs, personnel, and premature product failures.

As a Reliability Engineer, you'll be responsible for:
  • Ensuring compliance with Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process
  • Participating in Incident Investigation, ensuring the end to end process is considered, (including job planning, preparation, and execution), when determining incident root cause(s) alongside appropriate corrective actions
  • Focusing on preventing failures during the lifecycle management of a product or service through active monitoring and corrective action planning
  • Participating in the engineering design review process
  • Executing the key steps outlined within the Field Incident Management Process (FIMP).
  • Managing the FRACAS DMAIC stages
  • Applying root cause analysis (RCA) processes
  • Facilitate or lead incident investigations
  • Facilitating or leading incident review and corrective action boards
  • Analyzing performance data and monitor performance
  • Developing and reporting key performance indicators as needed
  • Sharing lessons learned with the field population
  • Supporting new product development in all aspects relevant to reliability engineering, through direct liaison with engineering and the deploying region
  • Handling other product line specifics, responsibilities and special projects as required

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering or mathematics
  • Have a maximum 1 year of experience in drilling services
  • Have strong interpersonal, influencing and planning skills.
  • Able to work in a global matrix organization
  • Able to understand of the Service Delivery process and the technical nature of the business
  • Have excellent analytical skills.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills also, Project Management Skills.
  • Be able to communicate in English effectively.
