The Relationship Manager will play a key role in driving commercial growth by managing and expanding relationships with institutional and government clients. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Supporting sales strategies and achieving commercial targets.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across the UAE private sector.
  • Preparing proposals, presentations, and RFP responses.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
  • Staying informed on product offerings and regulatory developments.
  • Representing the platform at industry events and client meetings.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Profile

8-12 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or client service within financial services or investment platforms. Proven success in managing institutional or government client accounts. Strong knowledge of the UAE financial services and workplace benefits landscape. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Experience in supporting sales processes and working cross-functionally. A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CISI) are a plus.
