Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Relationship Manager Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting the Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong, enduring relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and a customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Client Relationship Support: Assist the Relationship Manager in managing day-to-day client interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups and addressing client inquiries with professionalism.
  • Coordination & Communication: Act as a liaison between clients, sales teams, marketing, and production departments to facilitate seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM systems; generate reports on client activities, feedback, and sales performance.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate client events, product launches, and promotional activities to enhance client engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Market Research: Support the Relationship Manager by gathering market intelligence on customer preferences, competitor activities, and industry trends specific to the perfume sector.
  • Problem Resolution: Assist in resolving client issues promptly, escalating matters when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling perfume products.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle scheduling, correspondence, and documentation related to client accounts and relationship management activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
