The B2B Relationship Manager is responsible for building, nurturing, and growing long-term strategic relationships with businesses. This role focuses on understanding client needs, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring our offerings match exactly what their needs are.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
  • Ensuring strong communication and trust.
  • Develop deep understanding of clients’ business models, goals, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
  • Ensure constant follow ups and meetings to ensure the most effective partnership.
Service Delivery & Support
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Operations, Marketing) to ensure client deliverables are met.
  • Oversee onboarding and implementation processes for new partners.
  • Address issues or escalations promptly to maintain a high level of service quality.
  • Always ensure that you are there to support our partner.
Strategic Insights & Reporting
  • Track and analyze client performance metrics, usage data, and satisfaction KPIs.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to influence product improvements and customer strategies.
  • Prepare partner reports, presentations, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in B2B account management, customer success, or relationship management.
