Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell Uniestate Development’s real estate projects to clients and brokers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and real estate brokers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and meetings with potential buyers.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and negotiations to close sales effectively.
- Deliver customized, targeted sales strategies.
- Maintain a record of calls through our computerized system and maintain a database of prospective clients.
- Ensure all reservation documents and contracts are accurately completed and submitted on time.
- Close sales and lead customers through the purchasing process.
- Assist clients in navigating the closing process, ensuring all documentation and legal requirements are completed accurately.
- Conduct market research to provide accurate property valuations and insights.
- Provide expert advice on the Dubai real estate market, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Keep up to date with market trends, competitors, and regulations to enhance sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce, marketing, or a related field can be an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with big developers in the Dubai market.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong network of real estate brokers and investors in Dubai.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle client queries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Chinese are a plus.
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate laws and regulations.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
