Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote and sell Uniestate Development’s real estate projects to clients and brokers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and real estate brokers to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and meetings with potential buyers.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and negotiations to close sales effectively.
  • Deliver customized, targeted sales strategies.
  • Maintain a record of calls through our computerized system and maintain a database of prospective clients.
  • Ensure all reservation documents and contracts are accurately completed and submitted on time.
  • Close sales and lead customers through the purchasing process.
  • Assist clients in navigating the closing process, ensuring all documentation and legal requirements are completed accurately.
  • Conduct market research to provide accurate property valuations and insights.
  • Provide expert advice on the Dubai real estate market, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support sales campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Keep up to date with market trends, competitors, and regulations to enhance sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce, marketing, or a related field can be an advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with big developers in the Dubai market.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong network of real estate brokers and investors in Dubai.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle client queries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Chinese are a plus.
  • Knowledge of Dubai real estate laws and regulations.
