HSBC Holdings plc in Dubai is seeking a specialist in regulatory reporting to support HBME’s reporting obligations. You will ensure timely submissions, strengthen control environments, and lead reporting change initiatives in a high-regulated setting.

The role requires deep Basel and IRR knowledge, strong stakeholder collaboration across Finance and Risk, and delivery of end-to-end reporting solutions to support growth and governance.

Qualifikationen

• Full-time graduation degree of at least three years is essential for UAE visa and work permit.
• Subject matter expertise in regulatory reporting across RWA, liquidity and statistical reporting.
• Strong focus on implementing and maintaining a robust controls environment for regulatory reporting.
• Knowledge of Basel rules, CRDIV, CRR and related regulatory rules.
• Experience delivering change across controls, processes and systems in a regulated environment.

Aufgaben

• Deliver regulatory reporting for regional and local regulators (PRA, DFSA, CBUAE) including regular/ad hoc submissions.
• Embed and enhance the regulatory reporting control environment following IRR standards.
• Deliver regulatory reporting change and transformation initiatives (Basel 3, SupTech) and related system changes.
• Identify process efficiencies to accelerate timelines and improve end-to-end execution.
• Evaluate opportunities for RWA savings to support growth and revenue.
• Own end-to-end project planning: gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions.
• Coordinate with change delivery programmes to strengthen governance and outcomes.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance and the Bank on product treatment and planning requests.
