Qualifications

• Must be a law student (preferably 3rd year onwards for 5-year integrated course, or 2nd year onwards for 3-year LL.B.)
• Recent law graduates are eligible
• Interest in Corporate Law, FinTech, Crypto, Regulatory Law, Compliance, or International Business Law

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal and regulatory research on laws, regulations, circulars, and regulatory frameworks
• Assist lawyers and consultants in preparing legal notes, proposals, and regulatory submissions
• Support regulatory licensing and compliance assignments
• Prepare case laws, regulatory updates, and legal research summaries
• Coordinate with internal teams and international associates
